1. Acceptance of Terms
Human Design: Eloya (the "App") and the content, tools, and services delivered through it (the "Service") are provided by Vector Inc., Lahojski Track 20 of 188, Minsk, 220090, Republic of Belarus (referred to as "Eloya," "we," or "us"). By installing, accessing, or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms").
If you do not agree with these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you must not access or use Human Design: Eloya.
2. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the Service after the changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using Human Design: Eloya.
3. Service Description and Eligibility
Human Design: Eloya calculates a Human Design chart (bodygraph) from the birth details you provide and offers personalized insights based on it — such as your type, strategy, authority, profile, centers, channels, and gates — for entertainment and informational purposes only. Human Design is not a scientific, medical, or diagnostic system, and the interpretations offered by the Service are not statements of fact about you.
Chart accuracy depends entirely on the accuracy of the date, time, and place of birth that you enter. Even a small error in birth time can change the resulting chart, and we are not responsible for results produced from inaccurate or incomplete input.
The Service is intended for users who are at least 16 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and for all activities that occur within the App on your device.
4. Subscription Fees and Cancellation
The App can be downloaded free of charge. Certain features may require a paid subscription. Where a subscription is offered, pricing and subscription periods (weekly, monthly, annual, etc.) are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm, and the terms below apply.
- Payments are processed by the platform where you obtained the App (Apple App Store or Google Play). The platform may also handle taxes where applicable.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. To prevent renewal, cancel in the relevant App Store settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Free trials convert into paid plans unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- App Store and Google Play have their own refund processes. Because the purchase is completed through those platforms, we cannot issue refunds directly.

5. Important Disclaimers
We provide Human Design: Eloya "as is" and make no guarantees that the Service will be uninterrupted, free of errors, or suitable for every goal you may pursue. Insights provided by the Service cannot replace professional advice (medical, legal, financial, psychiatric, etc.) and must not be used to make health, career, relationship, or other significant life decisions on their own. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make using information obtained from the Service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular you must not: attempt to reverse engineer or copy the App, use automated scripts, interfere with our servers, share illegal or infringing content, or use Human Design: Eloya for any unlawful activity. We may suspend or terminate access if we detect abusive behavior.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Human Design: Eloya will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits or data). Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription during the 3 months preceding the event.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Human Design: Eloya and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Belarus. If local consumer laws require otherwise, you may have additional rights in your country of residence. Any disputes should first be addressed by contacting us via email. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, the dispute will be submitted to competent courts in Minsk, Belarus, unless mandatory laws require a different venue.
