Human Design: Eloya uses auto-renewing subscriptions. Cancel in your App Store account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid being charged.
1. Trial
We may offer a free trial so you can explore premium features. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the plan you selected on the purchase screen will start automatically and the fee will be charged to your payment method.
2. Subscription
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (weekly, monthly, annual, etc.) until you cancel. The exact price, billing period, and renewal terms of the plan you choose are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm. All benefits remain available until the current paid period expires.
3. Payment Method
Payment is charged to the method connected to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. By subscribing, you authorize the corresponding store to charge the applicable fees, including taxes where required. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected.
4. Cancellation
Cancelling stops future renewals but does not trigger refunds for the current period. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription. Follow the links below for detailed instructions:

5. Changes
To the extent allowed by law we may update subscription prices. We will notify you via the App, email, or the respective store interface before new prices apply. If you do not agree with the change, cancel before the new rate takes effect.
6. Refunds
Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to the respective store's refund policies. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please submit the request directly through:
