Oratti

Terms of Use

The rules for using the Oratti service.

ORATTI IS AN EDUCATIONAL SELF-IMPROVEMENT APP FOR PRACTISING SPEECH AND VOICE. IT IS NOT SPEECH THERAPY AND NOT MEDICAL TREATMENT, AND IT DOES NOT DIAGNOSE SPEECH, VOICE, LANGUAGE, OR HEARING DISORDERS. ORATTI REQUIRES MICROPHONE ACCESS TO ANALYSE YOUR SPEECH. IF THE APP OFFERS A PAID SUBSCRIPTION, THAT SUBSCRIPTION RENEWS AUTOMATICALLY — PLEASE READ SECTION 5 "SUBSCRIPTION FEES AND CANCELLATION" BEFORE STARTING A FREE TRIAL OR COMPLETING A PURCHASE.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Oratti (the "App") and the content, tools, and services delivered through it (the "Service") are provided by Vector Inc., Lahojski Track 20 of 188, Minsk, 220090, Republic of Belarus (referred to as "Oratti," "we," or "us"). By installing, accessing, or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms").

If you do not agree with these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you must not access or use Oratti.

2. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the Service after the changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using Oratti.

3. Service Description and Eligibility

Oratti provides exercises and drills for improving speech and voice — including diction, articulation, breathing, pace, intonation, filler words, and public speaking — together with automated feedback generated from recordings you make in the App.

Automated speech analysis is approximate. Background noise, microphone quality, accent, dialect, speech rate, and recording conditions all affect the result, so feedback and scores may be inaccurate and should be treated as practice guidance rather than an objective assessment of your speech. Results depend on regular practice, and we do not guarantee any particular level of improvement.

The Service is intended for users who are at least 16 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and for all activities that occur within the App on your device.

4. Not a Substitute for a Professional

Oratti is a self-training tool, not a clinical service, and using it does not create a therapist-patient or doctor-patient relationship.

5. Subscription Fees and Cancellation

The App can be downloaded free of charge. Certain features may require a paid subscription. Where a subscription is offered, pricing and subscription periods (weekly, monthly, annual, etc.) are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm, and the terms below apply.

Full billing details are set out in our Subscription Terms.

6. Important Disclaimers

We provide Oratti "as is" and make no guarantees that the Service will be uninterrupted, free of errors, or suitable for every goal you may pursue. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make using information obtained from the Service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular you must not: attempt to reverse engineer or copy the App, use automated scripts, interfere with our servers, share illegal or infringing content, or use Oratti for any unlawful activity. You must also only record your own voice, and must not record any other person without their consent. We may suspend or terminate access if we detect abusive behavior.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oratti will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits or data). Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription during the 3 months preceding the event.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Oratti and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Belarus. If local consumer laws require otherwise, you may have additional rights in your country of residence. Any disputes should first be addressed by contacting us via email. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, the dispute will be submitted to competent courts in Minsk, Belarus, unless mandatory laws require a different venue.

11. Contact

If you have questions about these Terms or the Service, contact us at vectorinc.contact@gmail.com.
