1. Acceptance of Terms
Longetti (the "App") and the content, tools, and services delivered through it (the "Service") are provided by Vector Inc., Lahojski Track 20 of 188, Minsk, 220090, Republic of Belarus (referred to as "Longetti," "we," or "us"). By installing, accessing, or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms").
If you do not agree with these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you must not access or use Longetti.
2. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the Service after the changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using Longetti.
3. Service Description and Eligibility
Longetti offers longevity and healthspan insights based on the information you provide — such as estimated biological age, habit and routine tracking, progress charts, and general recommendations drawn from publicly available scientific literature. All estimates are produced by statistical models from the data you enter. They are not clinical measurements, not diagnoses, and not predictions of your actual lifespan, health outcomes, or risk of any disease.
The accuracy of any insight depends entirely on the accuracy and completeness of the information you enter. Incorrect or outdated input will produce misleading results, and we are not responsible for conclusions drawn from such input.
The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and for all activities that occur within the App on your device.
4. Medical Disclaimer
Longetti does not practise medicine, nursing, dietetics, or any other licensed healthcare profession, and using the App does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Content in the App is general information, not personal medical advice.
- Consult your physician before changing your diet, exercise routine, sleep schedule, supplements, or any prescribed treatment.
- Never disregard, avoid, or delay professional medical advice because of something you read or saw in the App.
- Do not use the App to self-diagnose or self-treat any condition.
- If you are pregnant or nursing, are under medical supervision, have a chronic condition or a history of an eating disorder, or take prescription medication, speak to your doctor before following any recommendation in the App.
- Stop any activity and seek medical attention if you feel unwell, experience pain, or notice symptoms that concern you.
5. Subscription Fees and Cancellation
The App can be downloaded free of charge. Certain features may require a paid subscription. Where a subscription is offered, pricing and subscription periods (weekly, monthly, annual, etc.) are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm, and the terms below apply.
- Payments are processed by the platform where you obtained the App (Apple App Store or Google Play). The platform may also handle taxes where applicable.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. To prevent renewal, cancel in the relevant App Store settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Free trials convert into paid plans unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- App Store and Google Play have their own refund processes. Because the purchase is completed through those platforms, we cannot issue refunds directly.

6. Important Disclaimers
We provide Longetti "as is" and make no guarantees that the Service will be uninterrupted, free of errors, or suitable for every goal you may pursue. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make using information obtained from the Service.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular you must not: attempt to reverse engineer or copy the App, use automated scripts, interfere with our servers, share illegal or infringing content, or use Longetti for any unlawful activity. We may suspend or terminate access if we detect abusive behavior.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Longetti will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits or data). Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription during the 3 months preceding the event.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Longetti and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Belarus. If local consumer laws require otherwise, you may have additional rights in your country of residence. Any disputes should first be addressed by contacting us via email. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, the dispute will be submitted to competent courts in Minsk, Belarus, unless mandatory laws require a different venue.
