IF THE APP OFFERS A PAID SUBSCRIPTION, THAT SUBSCRIPTION RENEWS AUTOMATICALLY — PLEASE READ SECTION 5 "SUBSCRIPTION FEES AND CANCELLATION" BEFORE STARTING A FREE TRIAL OR COMPLETING A PURCHASE.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Before & After: Photo Compare (the "App") and the content, tools, and services delivered through it (the "Service") are provided by Vector Inc., Lahojski Track 20 of 188, Minsk, 220090, Republic of Belarus (referred to as "Before & After: Photo Compare," "we," or "us"). By installing, accessing, or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms").
If you do not agree with these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you must not access or use Before & After: Photo Compare.
2. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the Service after the changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using Before & After: Photo Compare.
3. Service Description and Eligibility
Before & After: Photo Compare helps you compare before-and-after photos and create visual comparisons from images you select.
A visual comparison depends on the photos you provide. Lighting, camera angle, framing, and editing may change how differences appear; comparisons do not establish the cause of a change or independently verify a result.
The Service is intended for users who are at least 16 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and for all activities that occur within the App on your device.
4. Your Photos and Comparisons
You retain your rights to the images you import or create. You are responsible for obtaining the rights and permissions needed to use and share those images, including permission from people depicted where required. Do not present edited comparisons in a misleading way.
5. Subscription Fees and Cancellation
The App can be downloaded free of charge. Certain features may require a paid subscription. Where a subscription is offered, pricing and subscription periods (weekly, monthly, annual, etc.) are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm, and the terms below apply.
- Payments are processed by the platform where you obtained the App (Apple App Store or Google Play). The platform may also handle taxes where applicable.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. To prevent renewal, cancel in the relevant App Store settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Free trials convert into paid plans unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- App Store and Google Play have their own refund processes. Because the purchase is completed through those platforms, we cannot issue refunds directly.

6. Important Disclaimers
We provide Before & After: Photo Compare "as is" and make no guarantees that the Service will be uninterrupted, free of errors, or suitable for every goal you may pursue. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make using information obtained from the Service.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular you must not: attempt to reverse engineer or copy the App, use automated scripts, interfere with our servers, share illegal or infringing content, or use Before & After: Photo Compare for any unlawful activity. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to import, edit, and share photos and comparisons. We may suspend or terminate access if we detect abusive behavior.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Before & After: Photo Compare will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits or data). Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription during the 3 months preceding the event.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Before & After: Photo Compare and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Belarus. If local consumer laws require otherwise, you may have additional rights in your country of residence. Any disputes should first be addressed by contacting us via email. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, the dispute will be submitted to competent courts in Minsk, Belarus, unless mandatory laws require a different venue.
